Sunderland have not lost the double to Newcastle in 5 years although considering the fact that both of these sides are doing pretty well at the moment this could make for a very interesting derby, Sunderland may be doing better in terms of points Manager Alan Pardew admits the 22-year-old will not be included in the squad despite travelling to Dubai for a warm weather break in a bid to aid his recovery from a thigh injury.
Michael Turner (knee) is out and John Mensah (ankle) is expected to be missing once again, while Fraizer Campbell (knee) continues his recovery.
This is a huge match for both the teams this derby has always been very passionate and exciting to watch and surely this year we wont get anuthing less than a extraordinary game as both sides have had a decent season so far.
