Chelsea already have a plus six on their goal difference and with Brazilian Ramires growing in to his role in the middle Carlo Ancelotti can expect more good things from his team. The Spartak side will have to make sure that top scorer Welliton is available to play and also that he gets plenty of service from Ibson and Alex. If the home side is to stand any chance of winning then they will have to get their back line working in symmetry too.Chelsea will look to build on a good start in this seasons Champions League when they go to Spartak Moscow for their Group F match. Chelsea and Spartak Moscow have never faced each other before but Chelsea are familiar with the Spartak Moscow stadium as the Luzhniki Stadion was the venue in which Chelsea lost the Champions League final in 2008.Chelsea have serious injury problems with a number of first team regulars ruled out through injury. The most notable players missing for the tie with Spartak Moscow are Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard while new Chelsea signing Ramires has also been ruled out after hobbling off against Villa. The main injury worry for Spartak Moscow is key midfield player Alex. He looks almost certain to miss out but striker Welliton is expected to face Chelsea after recovering from a thigh injury. Aiden McGeady is also expected to start for Spartak.
